What is Trini Fried Rice you ask?  It originated in Trinidad and is loaded with veggies and lends itself well to a spicier main dish like our famous Jerk chicken which we marinate in our house-made jerk seasoning and then braise low and slow to give a tender, juicy dish.

 

Ready made MEALS are only available for local delivery within 50 km (not Canada-wide) and may arrive fresh or frozen.
