Bread is really good, 99% like any regular bread, worth the money. I keep it frozen and take only the ones I'm going to eat, toast them and perfect! Cheese buns where also good

Wow. Just Wow. This week is the first time Iā€™m trying Alter-Eato. The food is unreal. Had no idea Keto could taste this good. The lasagna is delicious and the butterscotch peanut butter fudge is like eating an actual sugary dessert. Hats off to these ladies. Will definitely be back and recommend.
