In order to work in our Rental Kitchen you must provide the following documents:
1) Safe Food Handlers Certification
2) City of Guelph Business License
3) Proof of your business liability insurance
4) Public Health correspondence (either inspection certificate or evidence that Public Health has been contacted and approved you to work).
