IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Cut off to begin subscription is on the 15th of the month PRIOR to the next delivery in the following months: February (cut off Jan 15); May (cut off April 15); September (cut off Aug 15); December (cut off Nov 15)
• Payment made today is for your 1st box; remaining boxes will be invoiced 7-10 days before fulfillment.  EACH box cost is $199.99 (+delivery if applicable)
• You can sign up at any time throughout the year (note cutoff dates above) and you will be subscribed beginning with the next scheduled box
• Boxes will contain a selection of entrees, sweets, breads, pizzas and will highlight feature items and the best-of-the-best
• All items are keto-friendly; some items may contain GLUTEN.  Allergy alert: may contain NUTS, DAIRY, EGGS, FISH/SEAFOOD
• Subscribers are charged immediately for the first box and will then be invoiced for each subsequent box
• Boxes may be shipped directly to a home address or may be picked up in Guelph
• Each box will have a product value of $250+
• Subscribers may cancel at any time

Nutritional

Will vary depending on assortment.

Kitchen Pickup (FREE): Any order may be picked up.  You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up and in the notification you will see our available pickup hours.  We will hold your order until you pick it up.

Home Delivery (fees vary):  Orders may be delivered directly to your home within designated zones in Ontario once/week.  DELIVERY DAYS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.  Orders are flash frozen and shipped in climate-controlled vehicles.  Please note: Orders are delivered 7 days per week (even on weekends!) depending on your address (some delivery areas are serviced bi-weekly).  You will be notified the evening before or the morning of your delivery day.  Home deliveries will be left at the front door.  

NOTE: products leave our facility frozen and can then be stored in your refrigerator or freezer depending on your needs.  If you will not be home please make arrangements for someone to retrieve your order for proper storage, especially during warmer weather.
