How does ordering work?
Order from our menu and we can ship to your home (fee applies) or you can pick up at the kitchen. NOTE: most of our products will arrive frozen and may be stored in your refrigerator or freezer depending on your needs.
- Orders that are placed in advance must be paid in full and your order will be reserved for you. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready. New menu items are added regularly so check back often or follow us on Facebook or Instagram to see what we are cooking up! Orders are accepted any time/any day.
- Deliveries ship 7 days per week and may change from week to week. Some areas are only serviced bi-weekly. You will receive a notification in the morning of your delivery day. Please be sure you are prepared to move your order into cold storage as soon as possible. We are not responsible for unattended orders.
- Pick-ups take place in Guelph, ON (23 Garibaldi St, Unit D) on various days. You will be notified when your order is ready and you can come by to pick it up during any of our available pickup hours. Please do not proceed to pick up until you have received your notification.
- Order early, as we can sell out quickly.
Can I stop in to browse and shop?
YES! But please note, that our primary function is a food production/catering facility which means our staff will assist you with in-stock items at our pickup counter.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within designated areas in Ontario, Canada. Each area is serviced once/week or once/bi-weekly. Check your postal code at the top of our website to see if we deliver to your area.

Can you do custom/specialty orders?
Definitely! If you have a special occasion or gathering coming up and would like some Keto-friendly foods please contact us directly to discuss. Typically, custom orders require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
